Hey, I have been trying to find a quote I saw on a blog, but I can’t who said it. I wished I had copied it and emailed it. It went sort of like this,
“Give them games and entertainment, and we shall rule them with an iron fist” (I am paraphrasing)
I think it was a roman quote. I have searched and searched and I can’t find it.
Can anyone help me?

I love the fact of how a simple combination of words formed as one sentence can grasp the entire meaning of a broad topic. There’s truly a beautiful complexity in the simplistic presentation of a great quote.
My most special quotedaddy memory was when I discovered Orison Swett Mardens words of: “If you do not find yourself growing in your work, and your life broadening and deeping, if your task is not perpetual tonic to – you have not found your place”. Which triggered me to write my book (and get me some ol’ marden books as well).
Another one was when I made user submit of the day on my first day, but that’s another story.
